Beiqing Road City Complex

The Yongfeng Complex project is located in the core area of the Yongfeng Industrial Base in the northern part of Haidian District, ranging from the middle line of Beiqing Road in the north, to the middle line of Yongfeng Nanyi Street Road in the west and south, and to the middle line of Yongfeng Xier Street in the east, covering the total land area of 7.13 hectares. The total construction area within the planned scope is 96,300 square meters, of which the construction area of the bus terminal is 6,200 square meters, and the rest are commercial office buildings.

We hope to use technology as the theme to build a mini-city with complex functions and futuristicity called BEIJING 2050. Combining artificiality and nature, technology and art, we will create a purposeful consumer place with a futuristic feel, and create a landmark urban core with a more integrated architectural form. We will comprehensively address the complex urban needs, put people first, and create a "heart" with urban appeal and endless energy. We hope to create a sun-filled sky garden indoors that allows you to watch the mountains, giving people a sense of time and direction to avoid getting lost.
