The facade design of the F-02F-03F-05 plot in Beijing Lize Financial Business District

The F-02, F-03 and F-05 plots of Lize Financial Business District are located in the core area of Lize Financial Business District, Fengtai District, Beijing. A large urban complex with offices, businesses, hotels, apartments and underground parking will be built there. A total of 4 super high-rise towers are built on the grounds of the three plots. The 4 towers are connected by podiums, and commercial podiums span three plots. The project uses the combination of metal and glass curtain walls to refine the façade and form a harmonious and unified architectural interface through changes in color, material and details. The sharp vertical lines of the tower contrast with the rich and fashionable facade of the podium. It is full of rhythm and humanistic flavor, with uneven quality, distinct levels and a deep sense of space, which jointly form an iconic architectural shape and its straight and elegant shape manifests the modern atmosphere.
