The project land is located at the western end of phase II project of the software park, which is an important node building of the software park facing the urban space.

The two buildings opposite to each other across the road are connected by a floating Mobius Loop Corridor in the air to form a gate-area building with a complete image on the west gate of the software park.

The overall building is designed with the image with the lower part stable and solid, upper part light and dynamic. The floating Loop Corridor means the high-tech nature of the IT industry and the infinite innovation spirit. The combination of metal and glass reflects the modern and technological sense of the software park.

Make full use of the sunken courtyard, roof terrace and inner courtyard to form a multi-level landscape space to improve the quality of office space. The application of green building technology and water and electricity saving system is also one of the characteristics of this project. At present, it has passed national green building “3-Star Certification”. Based on the complex modeling, the project design and construction stages are accurately controlled with 3D software, and finally the architectural effect of the loop corridor is achieved with a high degree of completion.
