Qujiang SOHO Cultural Creativity Building

According to the character of the city where the project is located and the site characteristics of the base, two business forms are created. Based on the study on the relationship between "city and architecture, architecture and people", the design concept of "city parlor" was successfully introduced.

The main tower is the main format, and the interior is a standard office building. The podium is designed as a creative office space that can be connected to each other and be relatively independent. The "inner courtyard space" and "landscape platform" enclosed by the tower and the podium provide a special, layered communication place and rest space for the building. The "city parlor" enables the building to be integrated into the urban environment with a more positive attitude, forming an independent image to the outside, bringing comfortable and pleasant interior space to the users, and thus fully reflecting the design concept of harmonious symbiosis of the city, architecture and people.
