1. Graduated from majors in urban planning and design of well-known universities, with master degree or above;

2. With a senior title certificate in urban and rural planning or a registered urban planner certificate, and with the registration certificate available in hand;

3. With excellent ability to control the plan, and more than 10 years of experience in leading the creation of large-scale planning and design solutions (please attach personal representative works to your resume)

4. Those with experience in overseas study or work, or working background in foreign companies are preferred;

5. With experience in managing design teams.

1. Graduated in garden landscape and urban design related majors, with bachelor degree or above, those with overseas study background or working background are preferred;

2. With more than 5 years of experience in public space landscape design, be capable of independently creating and completing projects

3. Be fond of landscape design and with the research spirit of continuous exploration;

4. With the experimental spirit of continuous efforts to practice and improve the design;

5. With the experience in managing design teams;

1. With bachelor degree or above in landscape architecture and environmental art major from state-owned full-time institutions of higher education, those with overseas study background are preferred;

2. Be able to independently design and plan landscape projects of general scale and difficulty, and be capable of completing scheme design and deepening independently;

3. With a certain grasping and understanding of public construction type landscape projects, be capable of effectively advancing the project process in collaboration with the architectural specialty, with the capabilities of creatively propose design concepts, and better implement them in the scheme design;

4. With good communication and learning ability and teamwork spirit; with strong resistance to pressure;

1. With bachelor degree or above in landscape architecture and environmental art from state-owned full-time institutions of higher education;

2. Be capable of independently completing the initial design of landscape projects of general scale and difficulty; 

3. Be able to complete all aspects of project construction drawings independently;

4. With good communication and learning ability and teamwork spirit; with strong resistance to stress.

1. With solid theoretical foundation of architecture and urban parameterization, understand various domestic and foreign architectural and urban design ideas, be able to analyze and guide the creation in combination with the market conditions.

2. Excellent skills in parameterization software, be familiar with one of the following types of software (but not limited to): grasshopper, rhino script, GIS, MAYA, traffic analysis model, wind model, sunshine model, etc.

3. With excellent skills in data and information collection and collation, and as well as  data visualization.

4. With excellent communication and teamwork skills.

5. Those with experience in research and practice in overseas universities, institutions, and enterprises are preferred.

6. Those with work experience in management design and research team are preferred.
